What legal requirements are there for the installation and placement of batteries?

Answer:

There are currently no specific legal requirements related to the installation of energy storage systems, other than meeting the manufacturer's requirements regarding installation and environment for the energy storage system. However, there may be requirements in local fire regulations and requirements from insurance companies. Therefore, this should always be checked before installing an energy storage system.
