Answer:
This could be due to the system being configured to limit export to the grid, which is common during commissioning if the electricity meter has not been replaced with one that can register export. It could also be because the EnergyHub has an incorrectly set value for the CT ratio. Check the CT ratio on the display by pressing it for 5 seconds to access the service menu.
