The warranty for the battery system is provided solely by Ferroamp's supplier of battery systems and not by Ferroamp. The warranty for ESS battery modules and ESS battery main controller is 7 years. An additional 3 years is provided upon registration with PylonTech. Register here.

The warranty for ESS Power Case and ESO (Energy Storage Optimizer) modules is valid for a period of five (5) years, starting from the date of commissioning, or, if not commissioned, one (1) year from the date of delivery from Ferroamp. See warranty terms for Ferroamp's products here.
