How do i get extended warranty and how does it work?

Answer:

For EnergyHub and Solar String Optimizers (SSO), Ferroamp offers the opportunity to extend the warranty from 5 years by an additional 5 years for a total warranty period of 10 years at an extra cost. 


The products eligible for warranty extension are as follows:

  • EnergyHub 14kW (PH00205)
  • EnergyHub 21kW/28kW (PH01106/PH00798/PH01105/PH00030)
  • SSO 8kW (PS00990)


The extension of the warranty period must be purchased within 45 days from the initial commissioning date. EnergyHub must be connected to the internet and registered in EnergyCloud for the warranty to be valid.


Extended warranty means that the warranty period is extended from five (5) years to ten (10) years. For products covered by Ferroamp's extended warranty, the same conditions as stated in the original warranty apply.
