Answer:
There are two ways to see if the battery is connected to the EnergyHub.
1) The first way is onsite in the EnergyHub's display.
1. Hold your finger on the EnergyHub's display for 5 seconds until you get to the service menue.
2. Swipe in either direction until you get the "ESO status" view and check if the ESOs have been found.
3. You can also hold your finger on each ESO to see battery voltage and other values.
2) The second way is when the EnergyHub is connected to the EnergyCloud.
1. In the Dasboard you can see if a battery is showing below "Battery State-of-Charge (SOC)".
2. You can also click on "System settings" and the "System topology" to see if the ESOs for the battery have been found.
This is where we recommend that you check if the battery is working by charging and discharging the battery. This is done in Default mode.
