Answer:
This varies depending on which charging station manufacturer you purchased your charging station from. To start receiving and sending data to the EnergyHub, the charging station's OCPP endpoint must be changed and set to the IP address of the EnergyHub. This can generally be done via the charging station's app or through the charging station's web interface. For assistance with this, contact your charging station manufacturer or supplier. You can find the IP address of the EnergyHub on the display. To retrieve the IP address, follow these steps:
1. Hold your finger on the display for about 5 seconds until a text appears indicating that you are entering "service mode."
2. Swipe between the views on the display in any direction until you reach network settings; you will now see the IP address of the EnergyHub.
