What does "Fault mode" mean?

Answer:

If a facility indicates "Fault mode" the EnergyHub:en fails to charge the DC-link.

"Fault mode" can occur due to (for example):

  • Failed start
  • Broken fuse in the i EnergyHub:en
  • Broken fuse in the DC-grid
  • Internal fault in the EnergyHub

If your EnergyHub indicates "Fault mode"  you can try to solve the problem by restarting the unit:

  1. Turn of the AC connection to the EnergyHub
  2. Wait a few minutes
  3. Turn on the AC connection to the EnergyHub again
  4. Your EnergyHub should switch to "Running mode" or "Measuring mode"
  5. Contact your installer if the EnergyHub returns to "Fault mode".
