When your system displays the banner "Your system is currently in maintenance mode" it means that the system is scheduled for an update, currently being updated, or has recently been updated. While awaiting verification, EnergyCloud (the portal) will show the status as maintenance mode.
It is recommended to keep the system powered on and connected to the internet until the banner has been automatically removed. If the status remains unchanged after three business days, it is recommended that you contact your installer if you are the system owner, or Ferroamp directly if you are an installer.
