My EV-Charger is not on the list of chargers supported by Ferroamp. What can I do?

Answer:

If you want to fully benefit from the EnergyHub system for electric vehicle charging, your charger needs to be able to connect via the OCPP protocol. The chargers tested and verified by Ferroamp to do this can be found here.

It is up to each charger manufacturer to enable smart control of the charger. If your charger is not on the list of verified chargers, you need to contact the manufacturer.

If their charger is compatible with OCPP 1.6-J, you can ask them to contact Ferroamp to initiate a process to verify that they comply with the protocol.
