This is completely normal for solar panel installations. If you are on-site, you can, for example, monitor the solar electricity production in real-time, and you will notice that the output drops significantly when clouds pass by. The more windy it is and the more broken the cloud cover, the faster the production varies. On a clear day with changing cloud cover, it is normal for solar panel production to vary between approximately 20% to 120% of nominal peak power.
In Ferroamp's portal, these variations are more evident than in many other solar panel installations because Ferroamp presents solar electricity production with second-resolution data.
