The EnergyHub not being able to connect to the internet can be due to many different reasons, as outlined below:
Troubleshooting internet connection issues with the EnergyHub:
- Check that the network cable is plugged into the correct port.
- Ensure that the system has been assigned an IP address, which can be done in the display unit.
- Verify the internet connection.a
- Make sure that the firewall isn't blocking the system from sending information to the EnergyCloud. For reference, an EnergyHub requires the following outgoing traffic to be allowed:
