Answer:
The CT configuration (CT = Current Transformer) should be performed via the EnergyHub display during installation. If the CT configuration fails, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- A momentary load disturbance occurred during the configuration. Try running the CT configuration again.
- Incorrect CT ratio settings are configured for the current transformers. Check and set the correct CT ratio for the used current transformers. If the current transformers are installed around one of the conductors in several parallel cable joints, the CT ratio should be multiplied by the number of cable joints.
- Incorrect placement of the current transformers. See the image below. Ensure they are installed between the EnergyHub and the external power grid. They must measure the current that the EnergyHub exports or imports from the external power grid.
- Incorrect wiring or improperly closed current transformers. Verify that the phase current sizes for the power grid displayed in the EnergyHub's display match the actual currents, which can be measured, for example, with a separate clamp ammeter.
