Answer:
During startup, the EnergyHub goes through a display view stating "Please wait, loading system settings." During this phase, the EnergyHub conducts a self-test to ensure all functions are working correctly.
If your EnergyHub doesn't proceed past this menu, follow these steps:
1. Wait for 30 minutes; sometimes, the self-test takes a while to complete.
2. If the view persists:
- Restart the EnergyHub by:
a. Cutting off the AC power supply to the EnergyHub. There's often a separate switch labeled EnergyHub, Microgrid, or similar. If not, the main switch of the property can be used. When the switch is turned off, the EnergyHub's display should go dark.
b. Wait for 5 minutes.
c. Turn the switch back on. - Wait for 10 minutes.
3. If the view still persists:
- Disconnect the network cable from the EnergyHub and restart it.
- If the EnergyHub starts up now, it indicates network connection issues. Troubleshoot the property's network.
5. If the view continues to persist:
- Contact Ferroamp's support here.
